Delivery We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. We at Roneys will send you an e-mail confirming your order straight away. Goods will normally be despatched on the thursday for delivery on the friday. Please ensure that all the details that you give us are correct, so that we can carry out our obligation to you effectively. If so we will contact you, or replace it with something of equal or higher value. If you have ANY special requirement, let us know, and we will try to accommodate it. E-mail Us You can do this on the order at the checkout. Taxes All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable at 17.5%. Returns No. This is simply because as meat is perishable, it will be off by the time you return it, and so can no longer be eaten. We ask you to trust us to supply the best meat we can, so that you will return week after week as a customer. In the case of an error by the carrier, we can of course replace the order free of charge. Please note that in these circumstances we need proof of when the delivery was attempted.
