Why do I have to register?
Register, Why? You will be asked to register before you make your first purchase, but after you have decided what you wish to buy. When you register, we collect the information we need to fulfil your order, or to contact you if there's a problem. During registration, you can also view the full terms and conditions of our online shopping service. You'll need to provide your name, address, contact telephone number etc, but you don't have to enter your credit card details at this stage. This is handled separately,on the next page by Worldpay, on their secure site.
What happens if my details change?
You can change your details online, by going to the Checkout. Even if your basket is shown as empty, you can make changes to the details as necessary. We do not hold your Credit card details.If you want to remove all your details, please do it using this link.
How do I check/change my order?
E-mail us with the cancellation/change details! We want to know as soon as you want something altered, so please let us know ASAP.
Can I pay in Dollars or Euros?
Sorry but no. At Roneys we only deliver meat to the UK, so we do not offer this option at FreeRangeButchers.co.uk.

Don't worry, it's quite easy to find your way around once you know how!

Use the menu on the left to move to important locations within the site, or to move around within a store. To see what's in your basket, that is near the help link, at the top right.

You can return to the home page from any area of the site by clicking on the 'Roney's' logo in the top left.
How does my shopping basket work?
Just like a shopping basket in a shop, you can put things in your basket (by clicking on the 'add to basket' button) without having to buy them - it is just a way of holding onto things that you are interested in.

You are not committing to a purchase until you take your selected item(s) through the checkout. You can check what is in your basket at any time by clicking on the shopping basket tab. If you want to remove something, simply change the quantity to zero (0) and click on recalculate/update basket. When you have finished your shopping, click on 'checkout'. At this point you will have to register or log in, then enter your payment and delivery details.
Can I place an order and arrange for it to be sent to another address?
Yes, we do let you do this, but it is at our discretion. This is because we have to protect your credit card from fraud, and we need to be sure that we are delivering the goods to the card holder.
Do you deliver overseas?
No. We get alot of interest in our meat from all over the world, but the logistics of sending meat abroad makes it too difficult. However, if you live in the US, and want a treat for Aunt Jane in Derby...We can help!
What payment/switch/credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Solo and Delta
Can I return goods?
No. This is simply because as meat is perishable, it will be off by the time you return it, and so can no longer be eaten. We ask you to trust us to supply the best meat we can, so that you will return week after week as a customer. In the case of an error by the carrier, we can of course replace the order free of charge. Please note that in these circumstances we need proof of when the delivery was attempted.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Can I Pay by Direct Transfer?
Yes! If you select the button marked at the checkout, then you will be taken to a page with all the details necessary, once the order is placed.
